AdBlue range. As I drive 3.0 TDI 272hp/600Nm, Euro6 engine has AdBlue tank. My Q7 is equipped with 24l AdBlue tank (standard is 12l, 24l tank comes with auxiliary Webasto heating). As I bought my Q7 with 12'500 km as Audi Gebrauchtwagen Plus (new 97.8K EUR, I paid 68.9K EUR), I suppose they topped AdBlue before selling.

1308 posts · Joined 2012. #9 · Sep 18, 2015. If the car takes 2 1/2 gallons of DEF and the warning goes away, somebody forgot to add DEF. If the sender is broken, the warning won't go away. If something has gone wrong and the car is pouring DEF into the exhaust, the warning will be back fairly quickly. The car is a 2015 A4 2.0 TDI Ultra. Confirmed with their tech before work was carried out that it wouldn't interfere with DPF regens as a DPF 'below efficiency' fault had come up after the adblue fault and I'd assumed this was as it wasn't regening while the adblue fault was present.
The car is a Audi A6 2.0tdi C7.5 with the dreaded adblue system. I have had the car for 18 months twice it came up with the 1500 miles adblue level warning and i topped it up each time it took a full 10 litres. I have done around 13k miles in the 18months. About 2 months ago the 1500 miles count down popped up on the dash so i went to fill it up.

We get an Audi Q5 TDI in with an engine light on due to P20BD. With a little research and testing, we get to the root cause of the issue and get it rectified

Audi came out saying they need to replace my Adblue filler cap since it just spins in place when they went to open it up. They wanted $114 for the cap and labor. I told them I'll take it home and take it off. I stopped by the side of the road, opened my tool set. The cap does spin freely, but I managed to open it by pressing inward and torquing
