I have a brand new 2021 Mazda Cx 5 and Ive experienced problems with Apple CarPlay since I got the car. I took it to the service dept yesterday and they got it to work by disabling my phone and reconnecting it but about an hour later it stopped working again. This is frustrating. I’ve tried different apple cable cord and still the same issue
My issue is that I have an iPhone 12 connected to the Mazda and CarPlay is on so I can use Apple Maps. I also have a lossless music player connected via Bluetooth. I have to turn off CarPlay in order to get BT to connect to the lossless music player. It's either CarPlay for Maps, or BT for the music player. the two cannot coexist.
