Anyways, it's gone down from 3 hours of life to about 40-50 minutes. But today it started acting very strangely. For the last hour or so, the battery has said "100%", while also telling me it has 10 hours of battery life left. (yes, the adaptor is not plugged in. The Macbook is running on battery power.)
