UPDATE FIXED: I had to replace the door switch to fix this problem. Not sure why, but it worked. My front drivers side window rolls down just fine,

Second to tell poeple where to look for the power window relay. In a 99 Mazda B4000 4x4 4.0L V6 it is located behind the passanger side kick panel. It was the only relay there. Put a new relay in it and viola the windows worked. Hope this helps someone find the relay faster than what it took me to find it.
The most likely cause of your problem is the master switch in the drivers door. The windows and the locks are on two separate circuits. The only part that these two have in common is the master switch. Of course it is also possible that the wiring harness between the driver side door and cowl is - 2005-2010 Hummer H3
If so, you might have a faulty door closed sensor. If that's not it, let's see if the problem is really mechanical or electrical. Pull the fuses for the power locks (not sure there's 5, but too many is better than not enough), which should de-energize any electrical bits that could be fighting you. Then try to manually lock the doors.
